SHIPPING:
All deliveries are pending address confirmation, credit approval, clearance of check/money order, merchandise availability and delivery availability.
We offer the following shipping options:
United Stated Postal Service
* First-Class Mail
* Priority Mail: Most U.S. domestic destinations customers will receive products within 2~3 days.
* Express Mail: Overnight Guaranteed Packages
Shipping charges depend on order weight, order amount and shipping options. If you would like to use another shipping method, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.
* Global Priority Mail, Global Express Mail and Global Express Guaranteed are available for international orders based on your request.


ELIGIBLE SHIPPING ZONES and Upgrade the Shipping Method:
Domestic Shipping only included for all states including Hawaii and Alaska. Free shipping Promotions are applied to one location (a single U.S. address) and may be applied to Priority Mail or Express Mail for an upgrade fee.


SHIPPING & PROCESSED TIME:
Products are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. A slight delay may be experienced during the holiday season. Should a delay occur, you will be notified via email of the delay. Please leave us an accurate email address for us to contact you.


CANCELLATIONS:
You will not receive FREE Shipping Promotion on your order if any eligible items are canceled; bring the total below to the required amount of purchased.
If you return any items from an order that received FREE Shipping Promotion, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.


RETURNS:
We understand that there maybe an exchange or return that you would like to do. We need to keep our Product Quality Policy in mind for all of our customers, so we would ask you to follow our policy if you would like to exchange or return an item. All returns are subject to approval by 365-jewelry.com.
Please feel free to send us the products back in original condition with the original packaging within 30 days of purchase and receipt. On the copy of your receipt, please provide an explanation regarding the reason(s) for your return, exchange, or refund. Your feedback is used to improve our product knowledge to serve you better in the future. Up to 5 days of processing time.
Any alternations to the product and any damage due to wear and tear will not be accepted as a return or exchange item.
Refunds will be credited for the price of merchandise along with any applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs. If a return is due to an error or manufacturer's defect, both the initial and return shipping charges will be waived. For special orders, customized pieces and offers, all sales are final.
